Registration Information

Registration is open to Retailers and Suppliers only. Please be advised, if you register but do not fall under either registration category below, your registration will be subject to cancellation.

Retailers: Registration is available to individuals directly employed by a Retail company in retail facilities maintenance management and non-management, and to retail property firms including property owners, landlords, managers and developers.

Suppliers: You must register as a Supplier or sign up for a Sponsorship in order to attend. For Sponsorship opportunities, please contact the Supplier Relations Team at sales@prsm.com or at 866.963.1895 or 972.231.9810 ext. 102.

Registration Cancellations: All registration cancellations must be received in writing by email to membership@prsm.com. Prior to October 5, 2018: Attendee will receive a full refund minus $25 USD cancellation fee. After October 5: No refunds. Substitutions encouraged. PRSM regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Registration Substitutions: All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a complete registration form by 5:00 pm CT, October 5, 2018 to membership@prsm.com. After October 5: Substitutions will be processed onsite. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: You must contact the hotel directly to cancel or make changes to your reservation at +1 604.684.1128. Any individual cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice, otherwise the forfeiture amount will be a one (1) night stay.
